Welcome to Amberlea Aged Care

Welcome to Amberlea Aged Care. Set amongst beautifully established landscaped grounds on a spacious site and beautiful rural views, Amberlea is located in close proximity to Drouin's shopping centre, community services, regional hospital and medical services.

Amberlea provides a comprehensive range of services which cater for all your personal, health, lifestyle, social and emotional needs. We provide low and high care, as well as ageing-in-place, that is where possible allowing residents the flexibility to move between different levels of care within our facility as their needs change. For most residents, this removes the need to relocate to another facility as their nursing care increases. Amberlea also provides care for people suffering with dementia, and who require respite or palliative care.

Every resident has an individual care plan which is developed in conjunction with the resident and their family. This ensures all needs are met in a way that suits the individual.

For those who require the extra personal care, we are able to assist with everyday tasks such as showering, dressing and grooming. We also have a beauty salon, beautifully established gardens, raised garden beds for the gardening enthusiast, well stocked libary facilities and a complete on-site laundry service.

Amberlea is a contemporary private aged care home with an excellent reputation for premium quality accommodation, well trained and committed staff and innovative approaches to care delivery and services. The organisation provides permanent residential as well as respite care to the Drouin & West Gippsland communities.

Amberlea was developed specifically to meet the needs of the communities aged care stakeholders and it continues to develop and improve services in response to changing needs.

Through the delivery of the highest quality of care, respecting real choices and options, being innovative, implementation of best practises and information and technology, Amberlea has consistently performed well against the Australian Aged Care Quality Agency (AACQA) , a mandatory requirement of the Commonwealth Department of Health.
